1. Planning call — Sandra will discuss and review your specific needs for individual and group images, how and where you are using the images, and if you have any specific guidelines to follow. Sandra can match any background requirements, ensuring that your new headshots match previous images or those from other locations. We will discuss your timeline and schedule to ensure that your shoot runs smoothly and efficiently and that your deadline is met with ease. Sandra will also share tips on preparation, clothing, hair and makeup that you can send to your team.

2. Online scheduling — You will receive an online scheduling link after your planning call so your team members can choose their time, receive appointment email confirmations and reminders, and you receive sign up reports leading up to your event, with no hassles for you. If you prefer to make the schedule on your end, simply share the details with Sandra and we will be sure to run the shoot according to your needs.

3. The day of your shoot — our professional studio lighting setup is ready within 20 minutes, and a space of 10’x10’ is ideal; however, we can make most spaces work. We bring solid backgrounds and can also use your office space as an environmental background. If your office space is not suitable as a background, we can add a digital backdrop to your solid background images to give you even more variety to your headshots.

Fast and effective shooting — all we need is approximately 5 minutes with each person to shoot various poses faces forward, right and left, catching all angles. Sandra’s extensive experience in posing direction and expression coaching guarantees great shots with even the most camera shy.
Live viewing of images— Sandra reviews the images with each person on the spot to ensure everyone is thrilled with their options. This is done in an efficent manner to ensure that the team stays on schedule.
Immediate digital downloads or online private proofing galleries — proofs can be reviewed and chosen on the spot if desired, or you can choose to have each team member receive a private, password-protected proofing gallery emailed either same day or within 24 hours of your shoot.

4. Fast turnaround on retouched images — once Sandra receives your order, retouched images are delivered within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order depending on how large the order is, with rush service for priority images. Specific retouching requests are welcome, and retouching is always very natural.

5. Unlimited, unrestricted usage of all images — enjoy your new headshots, delivered in high-resolution and web resolution JPEG format with no restrictions on usage.

6. Fully insured to work onsite — our liablily insurance covers us at all locations, at no cost to you.

Shooting headshots on a white or light gray background gives you the greatest versatility. A clean, neutral backdrop allows us to digitally add a variety of professional backgrounds after your session—from modern office settings to outdoor scenes and solid colors. This means you can create multiple looks from the same image without the time and expense of changing locations or setting up multiple physical backgrounds. You'll receive more variety from a single session, making your investment go even further.

Approximately 75 headshots in a one-day shoot, on site in the company’s news studio. Everyone had time to view their images on the spot and digital images were downloaded and emailed to each employee before the end of the day.

All headshots were taken on site at the company’s two locations over several years. The company wanted each headshot to look unique, so the challenge was to find different spots and angles throughout the offices so no two headshots looked the same.
